This session will present the persistent and profound racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic inequities in systemic lupus erythematosus care and outcomes. Multilevel drivers, including structural racism and social determinants of health, will be highlighted. Promising interventions that begin to address these inequities will be discussed, emphasizing the need for community-engaged research and cross-institutional collaboration to build a more equitable future in lupus care and outcomes.
